Bo-o-o-r-r-i-n-g

Been busy with stuff that won't interest anyone. Worked my volunteer shift at the Food Pantry (have you donated to your local Food Pantry or Food Bank lately?), transported food to the Food Bank, gave blood (are you able to donate?), taught a craft at a low-income senior center, read a book, The Namesake, by Jhumpa Lahiri. Like that. Nothing big or special. Pretty blah to write about.

So I won't expand on it and be boring.

I've tried so hard to give blood! It hates me!

I'd love to give blood, but they won't let me. Seems I lived in the U.K. at the wrong time. Something about mad cows...

After more than 3 gallons, I'm too low on iron to give anymore. Drat!

That reminds me. I haven't given blood in a while. That's a heck of day. Did you remember to polish your halo?

I wish my boring days were as interesting as yours!

Us blue bloods do not give blood. It's in such short supply, you know.

But it is nice for plebians, I suppose.

Been there/ done that. It's not boring, just what many of us do! And it's marvellous that you work at the food bank. I don't do voluteer work right now, but have done a lot in the past. I'm out of time in the present, but hope to in the future again.

Sounds pretty noble to me, Tan Lucy. And I'm not kidding. Thanks for doing it. xoxoxo

Now it's time to get started reading Harry Potter!

Your "boring" stuff is important stuff.

Why don't you expand away as much as you like, and let us decide what's boring? We're your loyal readers, y'know...we want all the juicy details of whatever you've got!

Nothing blah about this wonderful work at all.

You are a true giver!
