I said that I was going to learn something every day. So here's what I learned today.
It takes forty pigs to make four thousand sausages.
Isn't it amazing what you can teach them?
I have this BLOG so that I can comment on other BLOGS. It's a very boring BLOG. You are welcome here. Come on in. But don't say I didn't tell ya. It's B-o-r-i-n-g.

Didja learn that at the Farm Show today? I think we're going on Wednesday.
Hi Lucy, it takes eighty people to train the pigs 'n what the hell are ya gonna do with four thousand sausages ?
Have you changed your email from AOL as listed in your profile ? I had an email bounce back that I sent you, it was only a comment, nuthin' important.
No, 3D, didn't go there yet. I was babysitting your MIL.
Peter! I wondered what was happening to my mail! Honestly. I haven't had mail in days. Huh!
Huh, see, I learned something here. I didn't know pigs could make sausages. Your blog is so edu-ma-cational. But who's going to eat all those sausages?
Yeah, but can they make bratwurst?
a better question is....how many different kinds of animals are there in one cheap brand hot dog?? hmmmmm??
I needed that laugh!
That cartoon really gave me a good laugh.
That pig does look mighty smug doesn't he?
Pork chops sound good to me! Can I borrow that battle axe of yours?
This cartoon, and your commentary gave me a good laugh for the evening!
Thanks for brightening up the evening, TLP.
So one pig makes 100 sausages huh. Neato.
Great punchline, Ms. Pez.
A very important piece of information...Poor Poor Piggies...!
I love the look on this pigs face...He is really cute!
mmm...bacon :)
LOL!
I'd rather not think about it, though. :-(
I'm gittin' my education from Tan Lucy Pez!!! Keep 'em coming lady. ;-)
And we humans think we all are so f-different. Even pigs live in different stables, eating different food and follow differetn paths.
40 pigs for 4.000 sausages? Germany must have many pigs, we love sausages.
OK..i'm learning a lot here. Time to start thinking about my diploma from TLP University...or the Pez University. Ha ha ha. You could be famous..having a university named after you and all.
LOL! That was great! I must have been a very tired blond 'cause when I read this post last night I didn't get it at all. Thanks for the morning laugh!
I think the sadder part of all of this is that I am actually learning something. You can't really underestimate the power of knowing the history behind your breakfast food.
I hate sausage. And try to go with as little meat as possible in my diet... because I've learned how meats are processed and it just ain't pretty. If I have to choose, I go with slabs of meat over anything that's ground up, cuz you just don't know what's in there... :P
the cartoon is a stitch!!! and 4K sausages is more than i'd ever eat in a lifetime!
How much sausage could a woodchuck upchuck if a woodchuck could upchuck....?
Oh boy, something I can tell my students that I knew. They'll be so impressed. :)
40 pigs for 4k sausages...
so they do contain endtrails amd eyeballs...
Well done!
