Support your not-so-local blogger

One of the bloggers that I read is a student who has entered a photo in a contest. Her name is Natasha, maybe, or maybe she just calls herself that. You know, like that.

You can go to this site and vote for your favorite photo. I voted for her photo. It's called Sky Blue , and is in the ninth row, second column.

'Course you should vote for the one you think is the best one. But if you don't have another one that you like better, you could vote for Nat's. Just sayin'. IF.

I did love the photo with all the sailboats in a row. That was a tough shot to get! I know, because I sail (perhaps that made me a little more prejudice). However, I was strongarmed and voted for the blue one. Ow. My shoulder still smarts.

I'll head over there and vote my conscience.
Blue sounds really pretty, don't you think?

Yup. Lots of nice shots. Too hard to decide... so I went with Natasha!

Folks do this on bookcrossing.com chit chats -- they ask for votes on online contests. It's pretty effective, actually. It never hurts to ask!

Wow! Thank-you, everyone! :)

In answer to your question, Luce, yes, you can blog about my photo.

That really is a cool photo!

That is a nice photo, but I don't leave my email address on such sites. I get enough spam as it is.

Natasha got my vote too. Did you ever think about becoming a campaign manager?

well her picture was actually my favorite, the deepness of the blue was amazing.
It did however take all of my energy to not vote for the kid in the wheelchair...you know I've got to represent my people!
