Happy Birthday Douglas

Wordsmith: A good writer. A person who, without changing the meaning, rewrites a work to make it better. An articulate person.

Happy birthday to Doug the dawg.

This belly dancer was tryin' like heck to get Doug's attention. All she got was my husband Niks' eye. That Doug.
Come to think of it: that Niks!

He is, isn't he? Glad I'm not blood kin!

Thanks, blogmama. I could see her in Niks glasses. He was kinda like my wingman.

Stop rubbing that in, TLP!

Niks makes the perfect wingman, doesn't he, Doug?

i have ALWAYS known you were a better woman than i -- NEVER more than today, when i managed to forget what YOU so lovingly remembered.

well done, my friend, and HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY to that adopted son of yours! (guess that means you won't be making me an adopted sister anytime soon, eh? d'oh!) ; ) xox neva

PS: i've done my best to rectify the situation with a "better late than never" post in the Snark. thanks for the reminder. i promise i won't let it happen again! ; )

TLP - nice birthday party picture. Well, parties are supposed to have dancers. Doug would have noticed had she jumped out of a cake. At least Niks wasn't waving a dollar at her.

Happy B-day to Dougie the dawgie and hail to that chief Niks.

Lucy, you yourself have such a way with words.

Thanks, everyone, for the wishes. Terry, are you prioritizing my appetites for me?

LOL...

you sure are a doting Mom, TLP.

Happy Birthday, maybe Ap3 and Doug share more than being seperated at birth ;)

TLP -- this is a fitting tribute to a flea bitten curmudgeon -- a few pats, a few kicks -- the perfect birthday for a Dawg.

Joyeux Anniversaire, Doug! If you were looking at TLP at that point I can see why you weren't interested in that wriggling woman. :-)

Sounds like my father--he was always staring at females. I told my mother I would have poked him in the eye if I was her. She just shrugged.
Yeah...I'm the jealous type.
