She looks pretty in this photo, but I have to say that I never thought that she was that attractive. I find her eyes scary. I haven't seen enough of her movies to judge her acting - what little I've seen seemed overdone.
Yep, I never thought she was pretty either, and I hated her voice. But in her really, really early movies, before she was "Betty Davis," she was pretty. Didn't last.
I think she was interesting... a pretty good actress in the old-fashioned "over acting" way that they all had. In this picture, she reminds me of Drew Barrymore.
