Promises promises

This is what we were promised night before last:

This is what we got:

That's the Walnut Street Bridge in Harrisburg PA. It's always lit up like this. At Christmas it's even fancier. I couldn't find a picture of it all fancy for Christmas.

My point is that we missed all the snowy weather that the TV folks promised. Heck and tarnation.

Please note that I am not in charge of the weather. My hoping for snow does not make it snow. So if you live in the Northeast and hate snow, don't blame me when it snows. Save your pennies and go on a cruise. That Actonbell.

Hey! Don't make it snow until they get done fixing my house.

Why on earth do you hope for snow? I have a hard enough time walking on the dirt.

Here it is pouring rain and a fresh breeze is blowing through the house cooling my feverish brow.

I love snow but not what comes before or after it. Still, I hope you get some soon. :-)

I love snow as long as it stays in the mountains where it belongs.

Oregon had 130 mile an hour winds overnight. That's just as good as snow, according to me.

Covert operatives have noticed that weather reports, can never be completely trusted because they can be based on bad intel
