I'm at Coyote Joe's Cafe. Drinkin' coffee and cryin' 'cause I just left my PC at the PC hospital.
I'm going to miss it while it's away.
I'll lurk and possibly comment while it's in the shop. I'm in withdrawal already. But it had to be done.
They don't shoot PCs, do they?
They only shoot the ones that are out of date --- like, is it more than a month old?
ReplyDeleteYa know that you can always come over here and blog!
ReplyDeleteUh, oh, I would be very nervous. That's what started me on my downward spiral.
ReplyDeleteNot PCs, just horses. You'll be fine. :)
I miss you already.
ReplyDeleteTLP, any chance of your living with Dddragon while the PC is in the shop?
ReplyDeleteThat was a good movie. "They shoot horses, don't they?" There were no computers when that movie was made so we found other ways to be temporarily unhappy.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I do sympathize, Pez, if something happened to my peecee I would be very unhappy too. I would even have time to read a book. Wow, what a concept!! ;)
The worst that can happen? You'll have to get yourself a new Tablet PC! Woo woo.
ReplyDeleteWe've buried a few in the backyard with the bones. So sorry to hear.
ReplyDelete"They don't shoot PCs, do they?"
ReplyDeletenaawwww...they just send 'em to the glue factory...
BoUnCeS!! LibbY!
:-(
ReplyDeleteI hope your PC gets well soon!
You should get yourself a cheap laptop, as I did. No more anxiety; not more withdrawal symptoms.
ReplyDeleteHope you and your PC are reunited very soon. :-)
Tell 'em to hurry up and fix it! There's a whole community being affected here!
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of you moving in dddragon. Sleepover! Fun! xoxo
ReplyDeleteYou can always go to the library and use theirs. That's what I did after mine got fried in a thunderstorm this summer.
ReplyDeleteThey won't shoot it, but they will charge you one of Hoss's piles to fix it.
ReplyDeleteHang in there if you can!
Actually when I was doing PC tech support some friends I worked with took one of our servers that was on its last leg and shot a brick of 22 shells into it. Well actually more like through it. Trust me the machine had it coming. Anyways I hope your PC makes its way back to you cleaned up and ready to go and that you don't have to go through withdrawl too badly.
ReplyDeleteThe Lumpy
Mamma pez without her her PC?! Say it ain't so! Speedy recover to you both.
ReplyDeleteYea! I'm at dddragon's reading my comments. Thanks for thinkin' of me.
ReplyDeletePoor PC has my get well sympathies. I hope you aren't going through withdrawal too badly. Here's hoping for a speedy PC recovery.
ReplyDeleteWow, you're the second blogger I've run into today who is without their 'puter!
ReplyDeleteMy condolences and may it come back to you quickly, TLP.
They don't shoot puters, but they bloody well should, they are demonic FREDs that are not happy unless their caretakers are yanking hair out by the handful.
ReplyDeleteI'm ready to shoot mine, that's for darned sure! Hope yours gets better soon. Remember to give it plenty of love when it comes home. It may feel a bit out of sorts for being abandoned to the witch doctor but it will forgive you 'ere long.
ReplyDeleteWOULD SOMEBODY PLEASE GET THIS WOMAN A COMPUTER???
ReplyDeletePC withdrawal...It must be a new illness...I wonder if there is some medication, or form of therapy for that aliment....
ReplyDeleteFeel better without the PC and come back soon!!

ReplyDeleteWhat you need is a laptop. Get one. Trust me.
